Support Lok Sin Tong Dementia Services to Get a Ticket

The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon has been cooperating with Dr Elizabeth Wang Ming Chun, GBS (Liza Wang) on different charity events to express care and love to the elderly. “Shun Hing Group Presents - Liza Wang: A Diva in Concert” will be held in November 2024. Donors may join Liza Wang in supporting Lok Sin Tong elderly services by donation. Every HK$880 donation is entitled with a concert ticket while stock lasts.

Funds raised through this concert will be used to support people with dementia and their caregivers. Every donation of $880 enables a dementia patient to receive medical diagnosis and treatment.

Donate to Get a Ticket (Only applicable to the donations through LST Shop)

Donations can be made online through "LST Shop" via PayPal, AlipayHK, FPS or PayMe. For every donation of $880, donors will receive a ticket to “Shun Hing Group Presents - Liza Wang: A Diva in Concert” (seats will be assigned randomly). The number of tickets is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• If all tickets are distributed, “LST Shop” will be shown as “SOLD OUT”.
• The seats will be assigned randomly, and donors shall raise no objection to the seats. Lok Sin Tong reserves the right of final decision on seat arrangement.
• Tax deductible receipt will be issued for each donation of HK$100 or above, and mailed out within one month after the event ends.

Ticket Collection

1. Collect at Lok Sin Tong Headquarter During Office Hours

Address: 61 Lung Kong Road, Kowloon City (Reception located at G/F)

Date: From 18^th to 22^nd November, 2024

Office Hours: 9 am – 1 pm & 2 pm – 6 pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays)

Remark: Please present the confirmation email upon ticket collection. Both the printed version and e-version are acceptable. You may authorize a person to collect tickets on your behalf. Your representative should submit a signed authorization letter together with a photocopy of your Hong Kong Identity Card or passport for verification.

2. By SF Express (Delivery fee paid by Buyers)

Delivery Date: Starting from mid November 2024

Remarks: (i)Please specify the shipping address; or provide the address and code if you choose SF Store or SF Locker.
              (ii) The tickets will not be reissued in the event of loss or damage during the delivery.
