Lok Sin Tong Transitional Housing Scheme "LST Housing" - Lok Sin Village in Tai Po

Introduction

Lok Sin Tong Social Housing Scheme "LST Housing" - Lok Sin Village in Tai Po Project aims at providing affordable rent and family supporting services for low-income families who are waiting for Public Rental Housing and living in dismal conditions.

 

Eligibility

  • Category A: Waiting for Public Rental Housing for no less than 3 years, or families with babies born on or after 25 October 2023 and having been waiting for traditional PRH for not less than two years are eligible for Category A application for transitional housing. (The applicants are required to submit the application for transitional housing before the baby reaches the age of one.)
  • Category B: Families are living in inadequate conditions also in urgent need of community supports or awaiting for Public Rental Housing

       AND 

  • Applicant must be aged 18 or above with the right of abode in Hong Kong
  • Receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) or having a monthly income not exceed 55% of Median Monthly Domestic Household Income (MMDHI) will be given priority

(Income assessment, living condition evaluation and home visit of applicants to be carried out after submission. All information submitted by applicants must be true and correct. )

  • By submitting the application form into the collection box at the Hong Kong Housing Authority Customer Service Centre
