The Lok Sin Tong "Anti-Drug Generation II" Anti-Drug Education Program
The school-based program, delegated by the Narcotics Division of Security Bureau, is a series of health education activities that include anti-drug interactive drama, talks and game booth workshops. The program aims to cultivate anti-drug awareness among primary school students, encourage them to pursue a healthy lifestyle, and equip them with the ability to refuse drugs in various situations and handle peer pressure, thereby preventing them from falling into drug traps.
Programme Objectives
- To enhance primary school students' understanding of drug types, trends, relevant legislation, and harmful effects;
- To equip primary school students with the ability to refuse drugs in various situations and effectively manage peer pressure;
- To enable primary school students to understand the importance of healthy lifestyle and encourage them to pursue it.
Target Audience
Primary schools in Kowloon East and the New Territories regions (Primary 3 to Primary 6 students)
Project Period
1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028

Activities for Primary 3 and Primary 4:
A1 – "Drug-Free Life" Interactive Drama
A2 – "Fact vs. Fiction on Drugs" Multi-Interactive Workshop (Talk / Booth)
Activities for Primary 5 and Primary 6:
B1 – "Know the Truth, Say No to Drugs" Interactive Drama
B2 – "Stay Unclouded, Stay Away from Drugs" Multi-Interactive Workshop (Talk / Booth)
