Centre History
Subvented by the government, our Centre was established in December 1989. Mr. WAN Lap Keung, our Permanent Advisor, donated HK$150,000 to Lok Sin Tong for the operation of the Centre. To acknowledge his generous donation, the Centre was named as "Lok Sin Tong Wan Lap Keung Social Centre for the Elderly". In 2014, our Centre was upgraded to "Lok Sin Tong Wan Lap Keung Neighbourhood Elderly Centre” in order to enhance the supporting services to elderly and their carers in the community.
