The General Outpatient Clinic Public-Private Partnership Programme (GOPC PPP)

Lok Sin Tong Outpatient Clinic has joined the GOPC PPP programme since 2020, with an aim to provide choice to patients for receiving primary care services from the commnity sector, and help the HA manage demand for general outpatient service. The programme target clinically stable patients who having hypertension and/ or diabetes mellitus (with or without hyperlipidemia) currently taken care of by HA general outpatient clinics (GOPC). 

Service Scope:
1. Medical consultations covering both chronic and episodic illnesses;
2. Drugs for treating their chronic conditions and episodic illnesses to be received directly from our Outpatient clinics; and
3. investigation services provided by HA as specified through doctors’ referral. 

Service Fees: Participating patients need to pay a consultation fee of $150 or $100* for each consultation and a programme drug fee of $5 per item (with 4 weeks as chargeable unit). Consultation fee and programme drug fee will be free for patients receiving the Full Medical Fee Wavier*. (*fees in accordance with the HA FMC fees set out in the Gazette)

*Under mutual agreement, individual patients may receive further services and treatment at their own expenses. Those who have participated in the Elderly Health Care Voucher Scheme can meet such additional charges from their Health Care Voucher accounts.

Service Registration:
HA will issue invitaiton letters to eligbile patients in batches and arrange briefing sessions on Programme details. Patients need not apply by themselves.
