In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions shall apply :

The term "Customer" means you and all other persons who purchase the products under your Login.
“The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon" (LST) shall mean The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon, the seller of the products on LST Shop.
"LST Shop” shall mean this internet site which is owned by LST and the medium by which Product are offered for sale by LST to the Customer.

View the products available on the “LST Shop” by viewing the product catalogues and select the products you would like to order;
Click “Buy now” for details and finish the online order form;
Paid by cheque: Please return the cheque and specify your name, contact number and the products ordered at the back of the cheque together with the completed form to Corporate Communications and Development Department, The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon, No. 61, Lung Kong Road, Kowloon City, Hong Kong;
Paid via Paypal: Extra handling fee for each transaction would be charged. Please return the completed form and the payment record to Corporate Communications and Development Department, The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon, No. 61, Lung Kong Road, Kowloon City, Hong Kong;

LST shall make every effort to ensure that prices and relevant information of products on “LST Shop” are updated; however, LST reserves the right to vary the price and related information of the products without prior notice.
The product price is listed in Hong Kong Dollars on the site.

Payment for products ordered through “LST Shop” can be made by cheque and the online payment gateway via Paypal authorized by LST.
LST may change at any time the method by which payment for “LST Shop” may be effected and such changes may be notified to the customer by email, mailshots or a notice place at this site.

Please refer to the delivery arrangement when ordering. Once order is submitted means you are agreeing to the arrangement and no change and refund can be made.

LST shall deliver the products by Courier, Local CourierPost or surface mail to the customers. LST will charge the postage fee accordingly. For postage details, please refer to the product information.
Customers should provide accurate recipient’s name, contact number and delivery address etc. to ensure the products can be delivered. No post office boxes can be accepted as delivery address. LST has no responsibility of failure or delay of the delivery due to inaccurate delivery information provided or natural calamities.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify LST immediately if any change to its delivery address.
All customers shall bear the risk of postal delivery.

Please collect the ordered products within the assigned period and place, late collection will be deemed to have forfeited their paid products with no monetary or other in-kind compensation.

The admission tickets or specific products are not refundable.
Pictures of products on this site are for reference only. In such case the written description of the product is relied upon. The customers shall not be entitled to return a product on the basis that it does not correspond exactly to its on-line picture.
Photographs are shot with actual products. The environment, lighting, printing and the arrangement of the pictures might vary and what you see in the picture might appear to be slightly different from the actual product. Please accept our apologies.
All product is checked before delivery; please notify LST within 5 working days if return or exchange of product is required under the reasonable circumstance. Late notice will not be accepted. LST reserves the right for return of products.
