Lok Sin Tong 145th Anniversary Territory-wide Flag Day

To commemorates the 145^th anniversary of Lok Sin Tong, “Lok Sin Tong 145^th Anniversary Territory-wide Flag Day” will be held on 26th July with the theme of our mission and services. Lok Sin Tong subsidiary education units are invited to design the flag sheet for this event. Funds raised will be used to support Lok Sin Tong's medical, educational, elderly care and social welfare services.

The year 2025 marks the 145^th anniversary of Lok Sin Tong. We uphold a long tradition of the mission of “To relieve victims of disasters & to console people in distress; To provide quality medical care & free medicine; To promote education & to cultivate youngsters; To care for the Old & nurture the Young”. To meet the changing needs of the community, more than 85 subsidiary units are scattered throughout the society. We committed to serving the public and those in need with our diverse and quality services while persist with the spirit of "Love and Care."

Target: Recruit 5,000 volunteers

A1. Flag Day Volunteers Application

Group	Individual / Family Volunteers	Corporates and Organisations Volunteers (10 volunteers or above)
	✓ Individual Volunteers:     Aged 14 or above will each be given ONE flag bag. ✓ Family Volunteers:    No more than 3 people per group.    Main contact person for Family volunteers must be aged 18 or above.    Each group will be given and share ONE flag bag.    Aged under 14 must be accompanied by a registered parent or guardian.	to download the donation form.   to download the enrollment form.
	After the event, all volunteers will receive an e-certificate of participation and 3 volunteer service hours.
Enrollment	to enroll. Volunteers will receive a “Volunteer Confirmation Letter” via email within 5 working days after successful enrollment.	Please contact Ms. Yu Chan from Corporate Resource Development Department.

Remarks	Please noted that volunteers MUST meet the following requirements: 1. Must reach 14 years old (as of 26th July 2025); or volunteers aged under 14 must be accompanied by a registered parent or guardian; and 2. Volunteers aged under 18 must obtain the consent from their parents or guardians to participate; and 3. Possess a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or an Employment Visa approved by the Immigration Department.

 

 

A2. Online Volunteers Application

If you cannot join the flag selling on 26^th July, you are welcome to volunteer online and appeal to your relatives and friends.

1. LST will send you an appeal message and donation method via WhatsApp upon successful enrollment.
2. You may forward it to your relatives and friends and invite them to make a donation.
3. From now until 26^th July, online volunteers with over $100 donation amount (input volunteer number for recognition) will get the reward. Rewarded online volunteer could get a e-certificate and 1 volunteer service hour after the event.
